Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to you. All bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellations must be made according to the rate group selected at the time of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Guests must check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest’s account.

Guests must not allow outsiders into the hotel’s premises. Door codes may not be transferred to anyone other than those listed to stay in the room. The apartment is only for those listed to stay there. The seller is not responsible for items left in the rooms or common areas. Guests must always ensure the door is locked when leaving the room or hotel.

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent

When you place an order, you must provide certain information about yourself. When ordering, specify your name, address, email address and telephone number. We think it’s important that you know what we do with this information and why we require them of you.

 The information you provide about yourself will only be used internally at Home Again. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties. You have the right to look into the information you have provided by yourself.

If your information is wrong, not complete or irrelevant you have the right to contact the seller and make them change it.
