Nygata 1 is a magnificent example of Stavanger’s beautiful wooden houses with a slanting roof and cozy apartments. Built in 1878 and totally renovated in 2016/17, it was crowned the winner of the Norwegian “Verne pris” for the preservation of old houses. Located in the middle of Stavanger city center, you can experience a central, but quiet part of town.

– One apartment with two separate bedrooms and
four apartments with one bedroom. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher, oven, a dining area w/ chairs, a sitting area w/ sofa and/or comfortable chair, a washer and dryer, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with shower.

In our large bedroom apartment, you have more space in the living room and bigger bathrooms. Ideal for long term stays. All the apartments are beautifully furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a comfortable queen size bed, and a seating area.
Two bed apartment

The two-bedroom apartment is on the top floor with a slanting roof that gives it a cozy feel. It has two bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and a seating area.
