The apartments and
our services

Where are the apartments located?

Both of our apartment buildings are located in Nygata. Please double check upon arrival if you have booked into number 1 or number 16.

Is there an elevator in the building?

Sorry, but none of our apartments have an elevator.

Are there English-speaking TV channels available?

There are both Norwegian and English channels, as well as Netflix free of charge.

Can I bring a pet?

Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.

Do you offer smoking rooms?

All of our apartments are non-smoking but have a designated smoking area outside.

Do you offer parking spaces?

Since all our locations are in the city center in a pedestrianized street, we don’t have any parking spaces. It is a two-minute walk to the closest parking lot which costs 200 NOK per 24 hours.

Is breakfast included?

No, breakfast is not included.

Is cleaning of my apartment included?

Yes, on your checkout day. If you stay for more than six nights, you will get free cleaning every 6th day. Please contact us on post@homeagain.no if you would like your apartment cleaned at an additional charge.

Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

Follow the link “search available lodgings” to make your reservation. You can also send us an email at post@homeagain.no and we can help you make a reservation.

How can I cancel or change my reservation?

Send us an email at post@homeagain.no and we will help you.

How do I pay for my stay?

If you have booked your stay through a travel site, the card you entered there will be charged on the day of your arrival. If you have booked through www.homeagain.no, the card you entered will be charged directly after the booking is confirmed and completed.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No, you don’t need to pay a deposit, but you have to cancel your booking three days prior to arrival or you will be charged 50 %.

Do you have any age limit?

Yes, you must be at least 23 years old to stay at our properties.

Checking in

Where do I check in?

On the day of your arrival, you will be sent a wireless mobile key via email. This is an app that allows you to check yourself in and open your door when you are outside the apartment and connected to our WIFI network. You will also have hotel key cards in your room that you can use during your stay.

What if I don’t have a smart phone or know how to operate it?

Please let us know upon arrival and we will arrange to let you in when you arrive. You will also get regular hotel key cards you can use during your stay.

I am outside the building, but cannot get in.

Call us on 0047 51 89 89 89 and we will remotely open the door for you.

Can I check in early?

If the apartment is available, we can arrange this for you. Please contact us on post@homeagain.no and we’ll see what we can do.

I am arriving late, is that ok?

You can check in whenever you like, but if you will be checking in later than 20:00, please let us know by sending us an email at post@homeagain.no upon arrival.

During
your stay

I have lost my key and can’t get my mobile key to work?

What should I do with the garbage?

You have a garbage disposal bin outside on the terrace.

When must it be quiet?

In the common outside areas, it must be quiet at 22:00. It should be quiet in the apartments between 23:00 and 07:00, so no loud music or partying is allowed. Failure to adhere to the house rules can result in eviction and a fee may apply.

What if I smoke inside of the apartment?

You will be charged a fee of 2500 NOK for the subsequent cleaning of the apartment.

What is the WIFI password?

The name of the WIFI network is Homeagain and the password is bednbreak1.

Checking
out

How do I check out?

When you are ready to leave, 11:00 at the latest, just leave your key cards in the room and close the door behind you.

What should I do with the garbage?

You have a garbage disposal bin outside on the terrace.

What do I do with the card keys I got in my apartment when checking out?

Just leave the keys and close the door when leaving.

Do you offer luggage storage?

Yes, in Nygata 1 it’s possible to store your luggage. Please send us an email at post@homeagain.no upon arrival/departure to make the necessary arrangements.
